License Caps May be Dead!

RFID tags still in effect!

The Attorney General gutted the cap bill. He definitely heard all the noise, news, rally tagged posts, and lives it appears.

Oklahoma Attorney General Mike Hunter

PLEASE REVIEW THE LEGALITIES OF THE RFID CONTRACT

Now if we can hammer home blockage on RFID charged by a private company under the guise of mandatory compliance when 788 clearly states cost of program is covered by 7% tax. This is an illegally contracted monopoly forcing our small businesses to pay a private company millions illegally. OMES had no authority to write this contract of which they have now forced a one company monopoly.

Please also consider the Page 17 violation and breach of contract as METRC has not included shipping in the price. Additionally, they are breaking down invoice, capping out tag Counts at 5k, and charging one account 4 and 5 times shipping.

LET’S ENCOURAGE HIM TODAY.
